Do Supplements Really Help with Fat-Loss?

Well, there's enough evidence to prove the actions of many ingredients in fat-loss supplements. The key is to check out the quality of the company you are buying from and the actual ingredients involved. Also important is to look at the doses required to have the desired effect.

The most important thing for me when looking at supplements for treating clients, family and myself is 'first do no harm'.

Is pumping synthetic chemicals into the body (95% of all vitamin/mineral supplements on the market today) going to help or is it just going to add more toxins in the body for you to store in your liver and bodyfat? disrupting health and natural hormonal balance...

Well, there is plenty of evidence (and in my professional experience) to know, that whether supplements are made from scientifically developed formulations or natural fruit/veg powders, the outcome is the same. Meaning, if a product is intended to improve a specific condition/improve deficiencies then the main issue for me is always using a highly reputable supplement company to prescribe/purchase from.

When it comes to weight loss, I have never recommended 'stimulants' to help weight loss as I find that they may increase short term energy but leave the body stressed in the long term and tend to miss the point.

In order for your body to effectively lose body-fat you must first stick to the basics. This starts with making sure you are getting the essential nutrients the body requires to ensure optimum health, then making sure you are following a lifetime healthy eating plan that is specifically guided to ensure healthy weight loss.

More supplements and articles will appear soon. I will also be adding my eBook "How to Look Hot in Your Bikini in 6 Weeks or Less'.

This is the basic Multivitamin that I use and recommend.
