The Fat & Cellulite .....Obsession?



The nation seems to be obsessed with how fat we are, how thin we are, does my bum look big? how bad is my cellulite? but then it goes on....am I pretty enough? am I tanned enough? Is my hair looking drab? Is my face sagging?

No matter what we do, there will always be something else to focus on and the obsessions become endless. 

There's a difference between wanting to be healthy and look good for our own wellbeing and self-esteem and an obsession though. After all, do you want to walk around in a pretty mid-short skirt with your cellulite showing for all to grimace at? No, most of us don't.

There's nothing wrong with wanting a lean, toned cellulite free body either as it shows that you're more likely to look after yourself, and have a bit of self-discipline which Im sure you all know, is NOT easy. I know it sounds a little harsh ladies, but cellulite is the result of poor lifestyle choices, so it's time to rev things up and flush it out.

The rules to geting rid of excess fat & cellulite are very simple, but definately not easy no matter how you go about it so I'd like to help as many of you as possible reach your goal of a leaner sleeker figure ;-)
